All changes and improvements to StakeMap 3D, newest first. Each entry shows the version, the deployment date and time, and whether it is a new feature or a fix.
Version 3.0: all pages now have an up-to-date XML sitemap, so search engines can find everything. The previous release is now documented under its own version.
This release notes page now shows the current version and deployment time automatically, so the latest entry stays up to date with every deployment.
When the session closes after 10 minutes of inactivity, your map is automatically downloaded as a JSON backup before it is reset.
All edits are now kept in a session, so the map is preserved when you visit other pages and come back. The session only closes after 10 minutes without activity — you get a warning with a countdown after 7 minutes.
Weak connections are now shown as dashed lines in a brighter colour, so they are clearly visible on the dark background and can be told apart from strong and medium connections at a glance.
Stakeholders without any connection no longer float in the 3D space. They appear in a fixed side panel, so they stay in place while the map is orbiting.
Move stakeholders without any connection to the far left or right end of the 3D space, so you can instantly see which nodes are not connected to any other.
The Sitemap footer link now opens a user-friendly sitemap page in the app design. The machine-readable sitemap.xml is kept for search engines.

The connection strength legend moved to the top-right corner, so it no longer covers stakeholders inside the map area.
